This page explains what information RishaLearn collects and how it's used. Many students are children — this policy is written with that in mind, and a parent/guardian is welcome to create and manage the account on a child's behalf.

Information we collect

When you register, we collect a name, a phone number (used as your login and for SMS/notification delivery), and optionally an email address. When you make a payment, we record the bKash Transaction ID and sender number you submit, solely to verify that payment.

How it's used

Your information is used to: create and secure your account, grant and track course/package access, send payment confirmations and class reminders (by email, SMS, and/or Telegram if connected), and watermark protected video/PDF content with your name and phone number as a leak deterrent.

What we don't do

We do not sell student information to third parties. Phone numbers are used only for this platform's own notifications (or an SMS gateway strictly to deliver them), never for unrelated marketing by outside companies.

Data storage

Account, payment, and enrollment records are stored securely in the site's database for as long as the account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for support and record-keeping purposes.

Your choices

You can request a copy of the information tied to your account, or request account deletion, by contacting support using the details in the site footer.
