By creating an account or enrolling in a course or package on RishaLearn, you agree to the following terms.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account login details private. Accounts are personal — for the fairness of pricing and to keep video/PDF content properly protected, each account is limited to a small number of active devices at a time.

2. Enrollment & Access

Enrolling in a course or package grants access to that course/package's lessons for the access period stated on that item's page (or for as long as the item remains available, if no specific period is stated). Access is granted after payment is verified — see our Refund Policy for what happens if a payment can't be verified.

3. Payments

Payments are currently accepted via bKash Personal number and verified manually against your submitted Transaction ID. Verification is usually completed within a few hours. Access begins once your payment is approved.

4. Acceptable Use

Course videos, PDFs, and live class recordings are for the personal use of the enrolled student only. Downloading, re-recording, re-uploading, or sharing course content outside your own account is not permitted.

5. Live Classes

Live class schedules are set in advance but may occasionally need to change — enrolled students will be notified of any change as early as possible.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will always reflect the latest version.
